“Prayer to Know My Vocation”

God, my Father,
You created me with a specific purpose
for my life; this is my vocation.

By following Your plan,
I will be happy on Earth,
earn the reward of Heaven,
and help others do the same.

Please help me to hear,
understand, and follow
Your call with my whole heart,
especially when it seems most difficult.

Mary, Mother of God and my Mother,
pray for me to know and accept God’s will for my life.

Amen.

God calls each person to live out of love and towards love. The Albertine vocation is a way of experiencing God’s love and loving Him in return, such that a person gives back to Him her whole life, serving the least fortunate, the poor, and the abandoned. This vocation must be discerned.

What can you do, if you feel that God is calling you on such a path?

  • Pray daily to discern God’s will.
  • Attain more information about the Albertine Congregation.
  • Receive frequently the Sacraments, meditate on Holy Scripture, find a spiritual director.
  • Make a novena to Our Lady Czestochowa, asking her to send you where she wants you to be and where you will become a great Saint!
  • Pray to our Founders Saint Brother Albert & Blessed Sister Bernardina.
  • Make a spiritual/discernment retreat with us.
  • Get to know us better: call, write, or come to visit [us].

And as our Beloved Pope Saint John Paul II once said:
BE NOT AFRAID TO BE SAINTS!
